Georgia Kalodiki

Biography
Born in Greece (Athens 1975), with completed studies in composition and classical guitar (Master and PhD candidate). Her compositional work includes solo, chamber and orchestra music as well as music for mixed media. Her interests are focused on the interactive relation between form and material in contemporary music, experimenting on the wide range of possibilities arising from this interaction.

Her works have been performed by well-known ensembles such as Kreutzer quartet, Soozvuk ensemble, Greek Ensemble of Modern Music, orchestra of colors. She has received commissions from Festival Acanthes, Orchestra of colors, University of Athens (English literature department), "Typana" ensemble, the greek youth orchestra ASON and Solitonia ensemble. She has her music played in Greece and abroad (F.
